At CK Group, we are committed to delivering quality products, professional branding solutions and reliable customer service. To ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process, we kindly ask all customers to familiarise themselves with the following terms and conditions before placing an order.
01. Artwork & Branding Setup Fees
Certain branding methods require artwork preparation, digitising or screen setup before production can begin. The following once-off or applicable setup fees apply:
Embroidery Digitising – R350
A once-off digitising fee of R350 applies to new logos that need to be converted into an embroidery-ready stitch format. This process prepares the artwork for accurate reproduction on garments and other textile products.
Screen Printing Setup – R70 per Colour
A setup fee of R70 per colour applies to screen printing orders. The total setup cost will depend on the number of colours required for the design.
DTF Printing Layout – R120
A layout fee of R120 applies to artwork preparation for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. This ensures that the supplied design is correctly prepared for the printing process.
Additional artwork adjustments or design requirements, where applicable, will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
02. Artwork Approval
To maintain our quality standards and ensure that branding is produced according to customer requirements, all artwork must be approved before production can commence.
Customers will be provided with the relevant artwork or branding layout for review and approval.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details, including spelling, logo placement, colours, sizing and design specifications.
Production will only commence once final artwork approval has been received.
Any changes requested after artwork approval may result in additional costs or adjustments to the estimated completion date.
03. Orders & Production Lead Times
Our standard estimated turnaround time is approximately 4–6 working days per order, depending on the nature of the work, order quantities and production requirements.
Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary according to production capacity, stock availability, artwork approval and the complexity of the order.
Where customers require an alternative completion date or have urgent deadlines, special arrangements may be considered upon request and subject to availability.
We encourage customers to communicate specific deadlines when requesting a quotation to allow sufficient time for planning and production.
04. Payment Terms
To ensure efficient order processing, CK Group operates according to the following payment terms:
– 50% Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required before production can commence.
– Balance on Collection or Delivery (COD): The remaining 50% is payable upon collection or delivery of the completed order.
– No Credit Accounts: CK Group does not offer credit facilities or customer accounts. All orders are processed on a deposit and COD basis.
Orders will be scheduled for production once the required deposit and final artwork approval have been received.
05. Quotations & Order Confirmation
Customers are encouraged to request a detailed quotation before confirming an order.
Quotations are prepared according to the products, quantities, branding methods and specifications requested.
Any changes to the original order, including quantities, garment selections, artwork or branding requirements, may affect the final price and estimated production timeframe.
An order is considered ready for production once the required payment arrangements have been fulfilled and all relevant artwork and order specifications have been approved.
06. Changes to Orders
We understand that customers may occasionally need to make adjustments to their orders.
Requests for changes should be communicated as early as possible, preferably before artwork approval and production commencement.
Changes requested after production has started may not always be possible and could result in additional charges or revised completion dates.
Our team will assess each request and advise on the available options.
07. Quality & Customer Satisfaction
At CK Group, we take pride in our workmanship and strive to maintain high standards across our embroidery, printing, garment branding and manufacturing services.
We encourage customers to review their completed orders upon collection or delivery and notify our team promptly should there be any concerns regarding the finished products.
Any reported concerns will be assessed according to the approved artwork, confirmed order specifications and nature of the issue.
Our goal is to provide professional service, consistent quality and products that represent our customers’ brands with confidence.
08. General Conditions
By confirming an order with CK Group, customers acknowledge the applicable setup fees, artwork approval requirements, production lead times and payment terms outlined above.
All production arrangements are subject to confirmation by CK Group.
We reserve the right to discuss any special requirements or circumstances individually to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the order before production begins.
